Who are some of Geelong Conveyancing's affiliations?

That is why Geelong Conveyancing is affiliated with the right bodies and companies to ensure up-to-date details and practises to get the job done. It is our aim to stay current and effective in what we do. That is why our affiliations are as follows:
A little more about our affiliations...
AIC National.
The AIC is the peak national body for conveyancing in Aus. The aim of the AIC is to provide a high level of ongoing learning and personal growth through the CPC program.
AIC Victoria.
One of our main affiliations is AIC Vic. They provide us with ongoing learning and the best practice guidelines. In doing this, all of our staff are well trained with a high level of legal knowledge and skills.
State Revenue Office.
We are affiliated with the Vic Gov's main tax collection agency. This office collects a range of taxes. They also collect duties and levies and manage the First Home Owner Grant (FHOG).
Stewart.
This is a special type of insurance that you will need against the many risks of real estate. Stewart Title provides this to property owners and lenders. Their goal is to provide solutions that enhance our process, from our end. This is why Stewart Title is one of our main affiliations.
Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning Victoria.
This department ensures that we build liveable cities. They focus on the link between what we build for us and for the sake of our environment. It is for a great cause, and it helps to protect our future.
ID Secure.
ID Secure is a leader in the market and provides a complete online VOI solution to firms in Aus. It makes it easy for these firms to verify and identify their clients. This works great for clients, no matter where they are.
Australia Post.
When you buy, sell or transfer your property, Australia Post can help you to have your ID verified. This is done face-to-face, and before settlement takes place. They will: check your ID, take your photo, process your payment and more.
PEXA.
PEXA is an online service that allows us to lodge Land Registry documents and complete Financial Settlement. This is done through the transfer of funds from source accounts. It is fast, safe, and more efficient. This is why we choose to work with PEXA.
