Transferring to Family

A common conveyancing transaction is the transfer of title ownership from one party to another.

This is usually a transaction between family members, spouses or husbands and wives. Sometimes there are duty implications on these transfers so please contact us if you require further information. This is perhaps via recommendation by your accountant for tax purposes, or for Family Court Orders. Normally such transactions are urgent and these can be arranged for you within a week.
